Your Unborn Dreams
by Joyce-Anne Locking
When you find yourself wondering
about your future and you think of cashing in on your goals, take time to
stop that line of thought. Dreams can support us if only we continue to believe
in them. Faith is like water to a dream. Believe and receive. Believe in
your dream: it begins to expand. Stop believing: it begins to shrink.
Sometimes it is very difficult to believe. We have been taught we must work
hard to make money to live. The truth is we must work hard to harvest our
dream. Support is waiting for us. Believe and receive. Stop believing and
the dream begins to die. It needs nourishment, coddling, safety, and respect.
New doors always open when we least expect it: a new contact appears, a new
acceptance arrives in the mail, a special request is made. We never know
how close we are to the next win. We may be thinking of quitting the whole
plan when a friend suggests a new idea. Only believe.
Think of dreams as very fragile little packages. Carry them gently. You can
crush them with harsh words or thoughts. Believe in the best possible outcome.
Believe in your unwritten books, your unborn dreams... and watch them surface.
